Wanna make an animation Team?

Hey their, if you're reading this you are ready to make an animation team. but first their are rules you need to read before creating an animation team.

First: What Is an Animation Team?
Much like in animation studios, not one person does all of the animating, it is split into different groups, from the director, to the effects artist, to backgrounds, 3d fighting scenes. etc. well this is basically the same idea. where you create your own animation team to basically animate all under one name to make something great.

How is this different from a joint?
with a joint people animate entire scenes by themselves and then pass the joint to the next person to animate entire scenes by themselves,sometimes failing in the process. with animation teams, it works a little differently, as a team, you guys all work in an area of expertise, focusing mostly what your job in the team has selected you for. i.e stick maker, background maker, fight coordinator. with pivots new features and easier editing allow us to go back and add stuff a lot easier then before. this is what separates an animation teams from joints.

How Do I Apply?
As the leader you must make a submission which will include

Team Name:
Director: (team leader)
Team Members and their positions (limited to 15 members)

with this information the staff can process you your own rank bar, allowing your animation team (and the staff) to be the only one that can post and read your thread. this gives you guys the privacy to freely chat and organize your animations without the entire site getting a quick preview without your guy's knowledge.


Rules for making an animation team
1. you may not be in more than 1 animation team at a time.
2. follow the rules and regulations of the director (animation team leader as he or she desires
3. No pornographic or extremely explicit material can be posted on to the site.
4. if submitting showcases, please acknowledge EVERYONE who was apart of the animating process.
5. Once finished with animations, no one can get ranked up from any "animation team" animations.

Well for basic rules I'd say:

- You can only (be in/own) one team at a time

Been thinking of a name for the past weeks :I
I don't think I'll be the one to be the leader, but I would love to be in an animation team as a regular.

Well yes, just like an animation studio, they dont say "each individual animator presents" they say "name of company presents" animators would be looked at as whole, and the public wont really know who animated what scene. but they will know you guys collaborated and made something completely awesome. now , guest and members can look up your animation team to see who focuses on what, but other then hat, its more of a anonymous thing.

they could but Its mostly so people can crank out ideas a lot faster and a lot longer then it would've been alone.

The rank bars would have their team name on it (Would be cool as hell btw)? They should also have the option to make the rank bars themselves.

thats the plan, to either have it made themselves or we can make a simple one for them.

well it'll be random to the public. but we as a community will know whose in what animation team.
