Now Recruiting Staff Members

Also, I've noticed that many of the staff has not been active in a while, and im letting the community know that we are now Recruiting staff. as of now we have two Showcase manager positions available. if you are good with sound editing you are qualified to be a showcase managers, these people edit the showcases to put them on the new showcase. just post an example of your editing skills and we will judge you based off what you bring to the table.

We are also Recruiting members for the rank team. rank team members have the right to move threads up as well as demote if they feel they don't meet the requirement. IN ORDER TO APPLY YOU MUST BE AT LEAST MIDDLE MAN, As well as to be able to give strong constructive criticism that will help your members to improve.

I'd go for rank team. But I have to wait until I release one of my animations AND get a little more active.

Really man? People dealing there get mean. It's because they may need to let out a little constructive criticism. Then, you are put in a different light based on how you say things.

I wouldn't say that for everyone.

I think people actually take criticism more seriously from staff/rank team

On topic though; cool that TAL has a youtube for the showcase stuff now

ill be working on the design for the showcase YouTube. as well as our 5 second advertising animation to be our first upload.

Yeah that's the plan. I didn't want to interfere with everyones ddc but I think its about that time we have our own collab
